Venture2 Hospitality Services LLC is a full service event and conference management company based just outside of Seattle in Bellevue Washington. We help our clients maximize their return on investment on their meetings, conferences and events. Venture2’s services include group hotel site research, online registration, conference management and creative events.
Venture2 has emerged as a leading site selection and online registration firm on the west coast. We have worked on events all over the world including, Canada, Mexico, Asia, Europe, South America and the Middle East.
History
Founded in January 2001 by Tony Kutch and Greg Gillard, Venture2 started out as a small group hotel site research firm. However, due to client demand, the company has consistently expanded its service offerings and has experienced significant growth in our team and client base. Previous to founding the company, Tony Kutch spent his entire career in the hospitality industry holding sales and leadership positions with Hyatt Corporation, the Grand Wailea and Gameworks. Greg started his business career with Andersen Consulting and then worked at recruiting and consulting firm Two Degrees where he served as Chief Operating Officer. In 2003, Venture2 added a new partner, Don Bidinger, to head development of Venture2’s proprietary site selection and online registration software. Previously, Don had numerous roles in software programming and development including his own development firm, Jet City Consulting.
Howard Wright and Seattle Hospitality Group acquired Venture2 in August of 2005 and ushered in a new era of growth. As the owner of destination management companies island partners Hawaii and Seattle Hospitality Services, in addition to ownership positions in hotels and other hospitality concerns, Howard brings a wealth of expertise and contacts in the hospitality industry. With his leadership, Venture2 looks forward to continuing its nationwide expansion and leadership within the industry.
